Susan and her family move into a new home. The Louisiana housewife discovers that her neighbor, the all-around good guy and fellow church member might be secretly spying on her. Determined to get to the bottom of her suspicisions, Susan and a friend sneak into the neighbor's hoe. They find piles of video tapes and start to view them. The tapes reveal Susan and her husband making love, Susan in the shower, and other embarassing situations. They discover hidden electronic equipment in Susan's attic and uncover holes that have been cut into the ceiling above her bedroom and master bedroom. When Susan and her husband take the information to the police, they discover that video voyeurism is not a crime. Susan goes on a crusade to convince lawmakers to pass a law against video voyeurism, making it a federal crime, and to punish her neighbor.
